Health and beauty products often require specific permits for their storage and handling to comply with local, state, and federal regulations, especially those related to aerosol and alcohol-based items. At our warehouse, we have implemented various measures to ensure compliance. These include ESFR and in-rack sprinkler systems, physical cages dedicated to aerosol-based products, and specialized training for our staff to handle and package hazardous or ORM-D items properly.

To further enhance our compliance efforts, we have implemented warehouse management and parcel management systems. These systems accurately identify hazardous goods and have built-in logic to determine which items cannot be shipped together in the same box. They also ensure that DOT-compliant labeling is applied as required and help determine the best class of freight service for orders containing restricted items.
